Which is more politically incorrect - soft-pedaling the fact that modern-ice cream was invented by a black man, or launching "Sambo's Frozen Custard" to celebrate it?

If the man who owns Sambo's custard is happy with it, why worry? I actually enjoyed the book Little Black Sambo but that was way way back in a time when PC wasn't everywhere and it was only a children's book. (and it really doesn't apply to this question). Sambo is just a word. I'm not fond of the word "fvck" but it still exists rampantly in the vernacular.

I say, milk it for all it's worth, and then when jesse et al start jumpin on the bandwagon about how racist you and your ice cream are (not saying you are per se, but that'll be what they preach), you'll get hundreds of millions in free advertising. That'd be a great time to go public, and cash out!

I don't know which is more politically correct, but I do know a winner when I see one. Launch it.
