Let me tell you about this 'older manusripts do not contain those verses' argument. The reason the older manuscripts don't contain the verses is because those are the manuscripts that weren't used by the church, but by particular heretical groups. They took out the verses they didn't like. They lasted as long as they did BECAUSE they weren't in use.
There were over 5000 manusripts used to base the KJV on. Thesed were copies of copies of copies, and so on. There are only 4 of the 'ancient manuscripts' that the newer Bible versions are based on. If you think copies of copies of copies wouldn't be reliable, why don't you take a look at the 'Isaiah Scroll' found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. It is around 2000 years old and still the copy used for the KJV was exactly the same after translation as the 'Isaiah Scroll' whiscj was 2000 years old.
Vindication.

abelkhouche,
If it is not perfect, yet inspired, would you learn from it? And why not? Inspired by God is better than perfect in my eyes.
Well, I guess that the Qu'ran has it's faults too! It's history includes first being written on bones, stones, and palm branches, as well as memory of men. It wasn't even collected until after Mohammeds death. So he couldn't be there to supervise. So I guess taht your holy book is faulty too. Tisk, tisk.

All so called holy books are designed to make the people slaves, so all are useless and hopeless. Even discussing over this isseu is a waste of time.

we don't have a holy e book in my faith. We have been given a splash bit usual education (take accountability for yourselves, go with "top action" customarily, use stable manners, and so on.) and we've been given brains. we are anticipated to apply that usual education and those brains jointly to make certain what "top action" may be and to continually own as much as what we've accomplished, stable or undesirable. it extremely is extremely not too lots to ask out of your mortal kinfolk, i do no longer think of. i've got faith that's downright insulting to the divine to no longer use those enormous ol' spongy brains all of us allegedly gained, honestly.

You and this article are twisting the truth, as time goes on more and more of science is proving the Bible is correct and accurate. I ask you, prove that even 1 error exists.

LOL, don't you love it when a simple question upsets people so much. I guess if their religion wasn't based on a "Faulty Book" they would have a reason to get so riled up.
