Well you know all the tricks.
- exercise - 20 mins 3 times a day
- eating: eat less: do not eat between meals, eat from a plate, eat sitting down, ....blablabla Otherwise follow some diet program that has proven to work i.e. high protein diet ...etc

* Just make sure your weight loss is 1/2 kg a week. More than this may cause some more problems.

you're getting older and you need to work on accepting your changing body. If you are a woman, read When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies.
A little extra weight isn't a big deal. Learn to love yourself no matter your size. People obsess about a little tummy roll. BIG DEAL! It's who you are inside and how you feel about yourself that's important.....
Eat what you want and don't stress out. Ask anyone who goes on diets....they just end up gaining more weight later. ALWAYS...so don't diet, no matter what you do.

If you want to lose some weight , drink 8 oz. of water before each meal.. If you want to lose a lot of weight , drink two large glasses of water before each meal.. This fills you up, and you naturally eat less. But you have to do it for every meal, for a few weeks. You'll pee a lot, but you will lose weight. Ok?

Just freaking run, eating healthy would probably help. Stay away from the Twinkies that you love so dearly. Drink a ton of cold water and sit in sauna's for hours at a time.
