I often got bloody noses as a kid, but seemed to out grow it. Sometimes they are caused by allergies, or other irritants. Be nice to your nose, don't pick, or rub excessively. If the problem continues, make sure you let mom/dad know so you can be seen by a doctor. In rare circumstances you may need to have something in your nose cauterized.

Depends partly on how old you are as to whether or not you should worry - but I would see your doctor to get yourself checked over any way.
Youngsters (under 20yrs) often get nose bleeds which they grow ot of.
Sudden onset of nose bleeds when you're older could mean (and I stress the could, so it's not a definite) high blood pressure / hypertension.
If you are losing a lot of blood then do go and see your doctor as it could lead to anaemia / iron deficiency.
Hope you feel a lot better soon.

Some people have very thin skin in their noses, and if the nasal passages are too dry are prone to bleeding. This is because the capillaries are closer to the surface and the drier it is , the more likely they are too burst.
Ask your doctor about an over the counter saline mist spray to keep your nasal passages moistened. This will help cut down and eventually eliminate your nosebleeds. It help keep the nasal passages moist especially with the dry winter months coming up.

try consulting a doctor... request for a complete blood count coz if you often get bleeding, not only from nose bleeds but also when you get a cut somewhere els, then maybe your platelet is low.

i get nose bleeds occasionally. this is what works for me. after I get out of the shower at night I put on lotion. after lotioning i will use some of the excess lotion on my fingers to moisten the inside of my nose. I guess mine is a result of drying out. It's worth trying, you ain't losin nothing.

See a doctor, it could be high blood pressure.
You could also have damage to the lining and may need cauterized.
