Why do guys like to say stupid remarks that are sexual like when you say "screw you" they say "not now, later." or they are always touching you on your back and sides, or poking you or teasing you and trying to scare you. And they always give you a hard time about everything, just to see you get flustered!! All my guy friends and guy-aquaintances have said in the past I'm fun to tease. Why is that!? Do they not like me or something? Guys..if you do this..please tell me why? THANKS!

Well, I think you have answered your own question. You refer to these people as "guys" and not men. You will find that when you gain older and more mature men as friends the issues you described will vanish.
Honest men do not act in such a manner. Young guys do, often as a means to show their macho-ness through such bravado.
I would suggest that you turn on the next guy that does something like that to you and tell them "why don't you take that to (insert the name of the local elementary school here) where the girls will find that fun and you might even get a date because of it". I think that by putting it back upon them in such a demeaning manner they will get the clue to wise up or go away.

i used be school clown, far from the jock a hole. first of all ur inviting asshole remarks. guys (myself included) will feed on all your remarks if a girl or woman says something sexual or even remotely sexual, it means you are open to a sexual rebuttall, ie bite me means when, eat me ok go to hell the fire down below
anything a girl says will be read a different way unlless you ignore and act like it doesnt matter

Because they are trying to get you to boost there ego. They have no self esteem or they have too much pride so they need you to stimiluate there brains. Next time this happes, and they say something that makes you feel uncomfy. Just say, Not, now,not ever. Than see what there response is.

The nice thing is that they feel comfortable around you, you probably have a good personality, and don't be afraid to tell them to grow up when they start that kind of talk, it is tacky, NOT cool. Good Luck.

either they enjoy making you uncomfortable, or they think you're stupid enough to give them some. make the same type of comments back and they will be too shocked to bother you anymore.

These jokes are part of their inability to communicate their ideas or lack there of. Demand intelligence of them and do not be tolerant of their "jokes" and they will straighten out.

they are simply trying to difuse the rejection. you have turned them down and in thier mind when they make a dumb comment they are not turned down, they just played off you and save face

i do it, but i do it to hopfully get some kind of sexual reaction too, but i only do it to my GF. and teasing a girl is fun, girls are wonderful to be playful with, especially if she is ticklish
