A few questions you need to answer.

Is the work novel, has similar work been published before?
Now double check
Is the work of interest to the scientific community?
Do your co-workers, supervisors agree to publication.

Depending on the area of research you will then need to select a journal, there are many journals that publish particular areas of research. Go to the university library and spend a few days reading current journals to select the most appropriate then download/print the instructions for authors. Read them closely then read them again.

Now write the paper, following the instructions to authors exactly. Get friends, co-workers to read and critque the manuscript. Expect to do 5-10 revisions.

I referee for many journals and there is nothing more annoying than authors who have obviously not read the literature, or have not shown the paper to anyone for an objective evaluation.

Good Luck!!

Depends on the field of study.
Look for peer-reviewed journals, such as those you may have used in your reference list in you study. Pick a smaller journal, do not start with the premier journal in the field, they will be getting a lot of articles and it will be tougher to get in to, particularly for first attempts. Do not discount local or national (as opposed to international journals such as "Nature"). Then read their guidelines to publishing, either on their website or near the back of the journal.
Get your work reviewed critically by someone who is an expert in the field, and/or has published related work. Start with someone who either is known to you or to a co-worker or lecturer. Take their advice onboard and make any corrections accordingly. Then, when you are satified that the work is acceptable submit according to the guidlines of the journal.

Good luck

If you check your spelling and lay off the CAPS LOCK key, you might have a better chance.. =)
