What do you mean an escort ? why a lady guide if all you need to see is the tourist sites... its called the internet right? you type in tourists areas in whatever place u are going to and it shows u a list and the hotels have guides usally...hmmmm..

Philippines is a nice place to visit with it's famous tourist spots but contrary to most beliefs it's not a place for prostitution. Why not go to India or maybe Bangkok? Just a suggestion.
