Are alcholics more dangerous than sex offenders?

You're more likely to die at the hands of a drunk driver than get molested by a sex offender. I found that on the Department of Justice website... Wow, that's hard core man...

Not all drunk drivers are alcoholics, and many alcoholics don't drive because they know they may kill someone. But yes, I believe that drunk drivers are a far bigger danger than sex offenders, especially when you know who the government pegs as a "sex offender."

My boyfriend, who is a registered sex offender from a false accusation 20 years ago, is still being haunted by his pleMF Yet the drunken driver creep who killed both his parents has been out of prison for 12 years. Doesn't exactly seem fair, does it?

All sex Offenders Are risky ,very nearly ninety% re offend once they are released from reformatory ,there's a reason a sex criminal isn't allowed to stay close to school and that is because they are risky ,you do not ought to bodily damage the baby to be risky ,As a sufferer of years of sexual abuse ,i desire to sometime see guidelines that are 0 tolerance and sex offenders get life sentences for first time offenses

Just because someones an alcoholic, it doesn't make them a drunk driver. I've read that people with drinking problems tend to sit around and drink alone anyway.

If someone is OLD ENOUGH to be drunk, they are old enough to be "potential drivers" and that is enough for me. But if someone messes with your body (and trust) at such a young age, it can haunt families in bad ways for generations, so who's to say? Abuse can cause hell throughout life and life-times, taking multiple generations to heal (sometimes up to 5 or 6 for the abuse of just one generation). So, both to me are pretty serious.

While that may be true, sex offenders INTEND to harm their victims while drunk drivers are just indiscriminately STUPID.

I would think not, alcoholic's are just that>>Alcoholic.....now, drunk drivers are the dangerous ones...Alkies usually don't drive..they just drink alot and can usually function without killing someone....... ;)

wow...its hard core that a man will stick his finger up a child's as*s...but you may get in a fender bender with a drunk....weigh your options......child molesters don't usually kill...they just MOLEST....

and if you are sexually abused...you die inside..you are never the same...
