John 5:19
Jesus therefore answered and was saying to them, "Truly, truly I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and greater works than these will He show Him, that you may marvel.
For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes. For not even the Father judges anyone but He has given all judgment to the Son in order that all may HONOR the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
And in this case the word honor would be the same as worship. You are trying to make a case that we should not worship Jesus, but the problem is you are trying to pick apart words in your favor. Why don't you get a Bible and study it for yourself, not to try and trip up Christians, but just to know what it really says. If you want to be Muslim, then be it. But why pick out words and try and bend them to say what you want to hear. Jesus said, He is the Way the Truth and the Life.
Read His words so that you may also have life. I pray you find truth. Jesus is Lord and wants to be your Lord and Savior.

There will probably be no verse in the bible showing Jesus ordering others to worship him. The whole purpose of His presence on earth was to get people to honour and worship His Father. His words were consistently 'worship the Lord your God or worship the Father'. Jesus did not come on earth to bring glory upon Himself but to have everyone to glorify and worship His Father. In John 8:50 Jesus said, 'And I do not seek My own glory; there is One who seeks and judges.'

You will not find it there. Jesus said to worship the Father in Spirit & in Truth. The Father & the Son are one.

Ok it's not there but how about this.
John 20
Jesus Appears to Thomas
24Now Thomas (called Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. 25So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord!"
But he said to them, "Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it."
26A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" 27Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."
28Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"
29Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
30Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. 31But these are written that you may[a] believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
If what Thomas said was incorrect wouldn't Jesus have corrected him?

I do think you will find the word "adore" but have never run across something similar to your question. My interpretation of that word intends one to "Love Him", not worship him. After all, he is the mediator for us, not the all encompassing one.
