It is possible to lose weight without exercise. The best way to do that is with a safe dietary supplement. I personally use a great one called Lipofemme. It seems that it sped up my metabolism, but it didn't have any negative side effects. That's because its strictly herbal. It's cheaper than a weight loss program or a gym membership, that's a plus too:)
Check out some reviews on it at this link http://www.fitreviewsite.com

Some people have naturally fast metabolisms, and some naturally slow. This means some people do not put on weight easily. This is particularly true when under 25 years of age; many people who could "get away with anything" put on a lot of weight in their late 20s and in their 30s. So yes, your friend might be telling the truth. Doesn't mean that will work for you, and doesn't mean it will always work for him, either. You need to work with what you've got, but even losing weight aside, there are a LOT more reasons to exercise, such as prevention of cancer, osteoporosis, and even improving your sleep! Diet alone will not be enough for you to lose weight and keep it off. You need to be at least a bit active: you should aim for about 30 mins of some form of exercise every day. It doesn't have to be all at the same time. If you walk 15 minutes to school/work, or down the shops, that's a great start. To lose weight, you need to do more; walking is one of the most effective forms of exercise for losing weight. The best way to lose weight is to combine a good diet with exercise, as BOTH of these play a role in speeding up (or slowing down) your metabolism. Muscle uses more energy than fat or bone (and more than no muscle!), so exercise, which builds up your muscle, also speeds up your metabolism. The best types of food to stimulate your metabolism are the least processed, particularly vegetables (the least cooked the better: stir-fry is great), lean meat and wholemeal bread/pasta etc. One of the most overlooked 'tricks' is to eat breakfast! This gets your metabolism more active (and thus using energy) early in the day, so overall you use more energy (and so maintain or lose weight more easily). Minimise highly processed foods: fried foods, fatty meats, biscuits, sweets, softdrinks and alcohol. These are all ok occasionally, but not certainly not every day. Basically, the more processed a food is, the less work you body has to do to digest it: it doesn't have to work (i.e. use energy) to get the nutrients. Which means it gets all this energy for "free" and has more energy to turn into fat.

BY eating less calories then your body needs is how you can do this. this is a very easy thing to do. but first off. you have to eat a lot of protein. If you dont your body will take the protein from your muscles. so try to get anywhere from .8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. secondly try to eat heathily. Heres a place where you can find a nutritional database ( which is the nutrients and caloreis in different amounts of foods) www.bodybuilding.com go to nutrient section in supersite
Here is the formula for calculating how many calories you burn a day or your RMR which stands for Resting Metablic Rate
MEN= 66 + (13.7 x weight in kg) + ( 5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age)
Women= 655 + ( 9.6 x weight in kg ) + ( 1.8 x height in cm) - (4.7 x age)
to get weight in kg divide weight in pounds by 2.2
to get height in cm multiply height in inchs by 2.54
what ever you get just eat a little below that for example if you got 1900 you should eat around 1700. Dont go to low though. Many people eat too few calories and end up losing muscle mass cause they dont eat enough protein or eating so low that they cause there body to go into starvation mode. NEVER go lower than 1500 a day for a man and 1300 a day for a women.
and to answer the skin question. No there will not be excess skin unless you are extremly over weight and then even if you did excersis it wouldnt help.

You lose weight any time you burn more calories than you take in, so if you lead a moderately active life and eat a healthy diet, you should be okay. The excess skin happens when someone loses a lot of weight very quickly and their skin doesn't have time to shrink with them. It has nothing to do with how you lose the weight.

Yes u can. I tried a simple solution, ordered 'Easy Slim Tea' from tvmall.in. Now I have changed just one thing in my daily routine. Rather than having normal tea I am using Easy Slim tea with no other change like dietary plan or anything. Got some satisfactory results. Apart from losing more than 10lbs of body weight, now I feel energetic in my body. Even more, they claim there is no side effect as this is a pure ayurvedic tea and I did not feel any negative impact on my body either. If you do not have spare time and very busy in your life, try tvm easy slim tea.

Yes. If you eat less, you will lose weight.
However, heavy and fit is healthier than thin and out of shape.
No- your skin, unlike your clothes, will always fit you. Unless you're talking about losing weight in the 100's of lbs.

Yes. Even by just sitting around. But the condition is that you must not eat or you can try the wonder diet people are agog about: South Beach. You have to look it up though. The body needs energy (2,500 calories or half a pound of fat) to sustain itself. If it is not given an external source (food), it usually taps its stored energy (fats). If your stored fats get exhausted, the body next turns to your muscles. You only need to look at the emaciated images of POWs in the Pacific during WW2 for proof. They were not fed for days at a time and they look wasted.

there are alot of diets out there that are fake. if you diet unproperly, you will actually gain weight because your stomache thinks you're starving it and therefore will store anything later that you eat and won't burn it like usual. the best way is exercising, even at home. who says you have to go to the gym? and i'd make time. you're more important than someone else cause you can't help someone else if you're unhealthy. get it?

I still think it's best to stay active. But if you don't have time, just go easy on your carbs. Or, take Weight Loss / Hoodia sample to control your appetite and burn calories faster. I've learned about this diet solution from this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php
Hope this will help.
