It's not leucoderma.They are not very visible.They vanish themselves and appear again.A friend once said that it is defficiency of calcium but I am not sure.He is 12yrs.What is it?

Google the following: tinea versicolor.
Don't apply anything on it that has oil, if that's what it is. Does it come back again in summertime, then slowly disappears towards winter? During summertime you apply lotions on his skin... and the sun makes our skin excrete more oil to the surface of the skin, too... the tinea versicolor fungus feeds on the oil.

try avoiding all sorts of acidic foods tea and coffee. also stop using soaps containing lemon extracts.
it does sound like some sort of deficiency. to be sure take him to a dermatologist.

it might be the amount of blood getting to those spots but if that's the case it'll be ok.
