That he simply said she was gorgeous, maybe she is. That doesn't mean that he is going to cheat with her. Don't bring the problems of your past relationships into your new one. Don't judge him by what others have done. Be confident and know that he has chosen you.

Best Wishes!!

just shrugged this one off bud. The cool news is that he's comfortable with you enough to tell you this sort of thing. If you make it a really big problem it'll eventually become a big problem. Just sit him down and tell him that you don't want to hear crap like that cos it makes you feel as though you're not good enough for him etc. and given you're past history you're concern that you might be hurt again. He'll understand. Take note not to grill him though, he hasn't actually done anything wrong, its just how you've assessed and interpreted the situation. Its a good thing that he can open up comfortably like that.

1.i think guys stay in touch with their exes because they once liked them or still like them, it's better to be friends than to hate somebody 2.yes 3. no if a guy is madly in love he should not flirt with other girls 4.yea it's inappropriate he should only see you as a friend they had strong feelings with you and want to remain contact cause they think you're a great person and don't want to lose you

Get another boyfriend. He obviously doesn't respect you enough especially since he knows that talking about your ex-friend is upsetting to you. And telling you he thinks she's gorgeous? That's BS! My woman is number one and she's treated that way!

You should really really really get a grip.

You will not only have an ex-friend you'll have an ex-boyfriend.

You may need a couple session with a therapist to get a handle on your self-esteem.

Maybe your friend IS gorgeous! Just say, "yeah, she is, but I'm hotter" or something to that effect, give him a big kiss and laugh it off. He's probably just making an observation, and it doesn't mean he wants her!

If he starts acting like he wants her, dump him. But I think he's not after her, and was just openly saying she was pretty. I'm sure He thinks you are much prettier!

just because a guy says a girl is hot, geogeous or any number of other compliments does not mean it goes farther than that. a guy can think a girl is really hot and not be one to cheat. he is just acknowleging she is hot. that does not mean you are not, nor does it mean he wants to cheat. Don't read to much into it

yes, I am a man. when your boyfriend actually says something to YOU in reference to your girlfriends looks, he is already prooving to you that he has no controll of himself. He has an overwhelming lust for your girlfriend. TRUST ME!!! If given the chance... hell cheat on you with her if he ever got the chance!
