I think IE 7 will be more powerfull than Mozilla firefox as the new version of internet explorer is coming to retain the IE place which was won for the sake of firefox , and microsoft always got the others ideas and defeat them ( like Jave and visual Java) .

Mozilla Firefox
IE7 is slower and less reliable even compared with IE6.
Firefox is far superior browser, but keep IE spare coz there are sites which open only on IE. But then there is IE tab addon for Firefox. So its works as good as anything.

I like the safety of Firefox and Opera, granted no browser is 100% secure, Internet Exploder is the least secure browser you can be using.
United States Computer Emergency Team:
"There are a number of significant vulnerabilities in technologies related to the IE domain/zone...It is possible to reduce exposure to these vulnerabilities by using a different web browser"

On top of this, IE7 still does not support web standards, and this drives up the cost of web developing, leaving us consumers ultimately paying the bill.
Compare the results of the web standards test:
The test results are suppose to look like this:

Firefox 2 results:

IE7 results:

Opera results (perfect):

You can try the test here to see that I'm not bu11 sh1ting you:

I have never had fire fox, but I do know about the new IE7, because I just downloaded it on my laptop 3 days ago. It is faster than IE6, but it has a lot of options. the first one that I turned off was the new blocking system. If you leave it on, every site that you don't have on your list, has to be sent to Microsoft for their approval. Makes your computer slower and hard to get to different websites. It has the extra tabs where you can open more than one site. If i ever get the bugs worked out it will be OK. they also want you to download active x to make it work better, which I won't do.
