What I'm saying is that I have tried every possible way to lose weight I am 5'11"(5 feet & 11inches tall) & I weigh about 205lbs & I take Centrum vitamins everyday. So if I stopped eating for 3 weeks or longer & just took Centrum vitamins everyday & drank nothing but water everyday too & ate an occasional salad. Could I loose about 10lbs or more. WOULD THIS BE SORT OF HEALTHY BECAUSE EVEN IF I NOT EATING EXCEPT FOR THE OCCASIONAL SALAD I'M STILL TAKING CENTRUM VITAMINS SO THAT IS LIKE A SUBSTITUTE FOR FOOD BECAUSE I GET ALL MY VITAMINS & NUTRIENTS WITHOUT THE CALORIES. I WILL ALSO BE JOGGING WHENEVER I CAN.

That's just stupid. C'mon now really, 18 or not, does that make sense to you?? First of all, you could lose 50lbs. Who cares? You'll gain it ALL right back as soon as you stop being a starving miserable man.
Nothing will work unless it's not considered a "diet" but a lifestyle. You have to change your life permanently. If you're not going to continue doing this forever don't start it now. You'll shock your body into starvation mode and it will store all the fat you have. You'll lose water weight and muscle mass. Muscle burns fat. There is no easy way out. Change your life and you'll notice changes. 2 weeks isn't your life.

Jogging is one way to do it, but I'd recommend hill sprints. Short spurts of high-exertion activity will build muscle and burn fat much better than long slow distance.
Start with sprints up a 50 yard hill. Jog up the first time, then walk slowly back down. Do one at about 70% effort, then walk down (you will WALK slowly back down each time). Do one at 90%. Then do five at 100% effort. Do this 3-4 times a week and you will lose weight and gain muscle. This will take much less time out of your day than long slow distance and be more effective. If you can't find a hill, use stairs - bleachers in a stadium, for example. Or just do straight flat sprints. They're not quite as effective but they'll do the job.
Also, reduce the amount of starchy food you eat. Cut them out completely if you can.

vitamins can never be a substitute for food. expecially for a man... we need a lot more calories (energy) then women. what you are suggesting is extremely unhealthy and you would become very weak... and you probably wouldn't lose the weight because your body would naturally compensate for the lack of food by releasing stored fat in your body. if any weight was lost it would be temporary at best. Exercise and eating healthier foods is the only way to do it. In fact, increasing your meals to 5-6 times a day increases your metabolism and decreases weight, just make sure they are smaller portions. maybe you should try something like nutrisystem or weight watchers.

I wouldn't go to the extreme of not eating for three weeks, and I would not jog or exercise while not eating as you'll probably cause yourself to faint.. I had a friend in highschool that was a bit large and she didn't eat for about 5 days... she said it was sooo hard to do as you stomach pains turn into cramps, but she said after the first 2 days you don't really notice you are hungry anymore, she also had honey in her water so that she wasn't completly drained of energy, but she did become extremely moody that week too. but after the 5 days she probably lost about 3-4kgs in the first week and found that her appetite had decreased dramatically for a few weeks after the diet, but as habits stay true, she soon regained her regular eating habits and portion sizes and stacked the weight back on...

I tried it, and it's quite effective

Well, sounds like you have it all planned out, make sure that you have the ER on speeddial. That is a crazy plan. Your body still needs to eat. Your muscles will cannibialize themselves for protein and eventually you could have a heart attack.
