Of all the various type sof hells this is supposed to be thworst of the lot. Worst kind of sinners are sent ther for punishment.

Ravaruva and Maharavaruva are kinds of narakas but I am not aware of the details of this particular narakas. Neither I could get it in the web. However I am giving the meaning of narak and names of different naraks, which include Raurak Narak also.
NARAKA
1. Hell; a place of torture to which the souls of the wicked are sent. Manu enumerates twenty-one hells: - Tamisra, Andha-tamisra, Maha-raurava, Raurava, Naraka, Kalasuta, Maha-naraka, Sanjivana, Maha-vichi, Tapana, Sampratapana, Sanhata, Sakakola, Kudmala, Puti-mrittika, Loha-sanku, Rijisha, Panthana, Salmali, Asi-patra-vana, and Loha-daraka. Other authorities vary greatly as to the numbers and names of the hells.

gifted with moral odium and mental opacity, perversely calls Pride
Parade or Gaurav Yatra.
