I forgot. My guess is between the ages of 11 and 14, with some slight growth after that. It's definitely before boys' growth spurts. Good night!

most of the time in the years of 14, 15, and 16

I would have to say anytime between 11 and 16. It really depends on genetics and how well they eat and exercise.
