Depends on the sanctioning body... all 4 champs I believe are from countries comprising the former Soviet Union.
The only undefeated one is this huge hairy Russian named Nikolai Valuev, he's 45-0, seven feet tall, ogre-like in appearance with a huge caveman brow, and recently retained his title by defeating Monte Barrett.

There was a time when the Heavyweight Champion of the World was the most famous man in sports, and everyone knew his name .....so its kind of a sad statement on the current state of boxing that people even gotta ask this question..and sadder still that most people have no idea of the answer.
