It's different for every dog. My own dog only poops once in the morning after she wakes up and I take her outside and then she'll go again once in the early evening.
EDIT TO ADD:
I have heard that riding in a car will make a dog want move his or her bowels after the ride, but I don't know why this is. Even though I said that my dog generally only goes twice a day, after a ride in the car, she will want to go again for some reason.

Well I don't know about that, but our dog poops about every 2-3 hours. But she's a puppy. Our other dog 2 times a day.

Depends on the puppy. For most, about 15-20 minutes. You can tell when they're ready when they start sniffing while walking quickly. Sometimes they tuck their tails or start to stoop slightly while they do this. As soon as this happens, scoop him/her up and set him down on some grass outside. Shouldn't take too long after that. Make sure to praise effusively and use "puppy voice" when the puppy goes.

Not Long !! The food goes right through them really fast!! I'd say 15 mins at least!! If you take it out right after it eats then be sure you see it Potty before you bring it back inside!! Or it will go in the house!! Once they go in the house they will always smell it and go in the same place again!! Even if you cleand it up they can still smell were they potted at!! So you have to keep watching it and make sure it goes !! If you change its food it will go faster with dirreaha!! so keep it on the same food that its use too also!!

If you take them out, they usually poop about 20 minutes after eating. Digestion triggers the reflex.

just how young of a puppy. If it is very very young its mother would have stimulated it to defaecate by licking its bottom. If your puppy is young enough that it would not have left its mommy yet then maybe you should try wiping its bottom with a damp rag or paper waste towel.
