Idols do not help in healing. If you pray using an idol-like image to remind you of the presence of God, God may heal you but the idol won't.

An idol is an inanimate obect isn't it? I do not think of inanimant obects as being true or false. They exist, and you might have an opinion as to whether they are beautiful or ugly, useful or useless, etc......

But that's about it. If you pray to an inanimate object, it's stupid in my opinion.

I am guessing the idol represents something. If the idol represents God, then you are praying to God, not the idol. The idol is only a symbol.

Idols do not help healing--------that is ONLY from God, the Father.

There are only two sources of power in all the universe; one is God, one is satan. If you are not praying to the one true God through His son, Jesus Christ, any idol's "power" comes from satan.
