Yes. You can only use the serial numbers on it for a total of 5 times though. Like, you can only reinstall XP 5 times with that XP disc using those serial numbers. After that, you have to buy XP again.

u r better off going to best buy or circut city and buying it, it is in the box with every thing the one on that site looks like the cd only
