Simply go to view on the menu > decoding on IE and choose Traditional Chinese (Big 5) and it would install the Chinese decoding.
Be careful what words you choose, since there are more words with similar literal meaning, but they would sound funny if they are wrongly used. I think it is more appropriate to have the tattoo in traditional Chinese, since tattos are like arts, and in such a point of view, it looks better than Simplify Chinese. Though its just my opinion. But that is to say if anyone understand these words.
