Baby oil will make your hair shiny but not in a nice way. It will look greasy and weighed down. I'm prone to frizzy hair myself and I've found that there are a few products out there that will take care of it including Frizz Ease and Bio silk, which work great!

Baby Oil For Frizzy Hair

It's ok for a quick fix to calm the frizzies, and will make your hair shine, but its not something I would do on a daily basis. It causes heavy build-up and (sometimes) acne on your scalp if not thoroughly washed off at the end of the day. Since daily washing is not great on those of us gifted with curly hair, baby oil is not a great way to tame wild hair. Best way to keep your hair under control with soft curls is to start with the right shampoo. It is different with everyone so pick what works best for you. Some that I have found that work is Suave sleek shampoo and conditioner (comes in a bright orange bottle) Anything that says humectant on the label. Leave conditioner in your hair for at least 3 minutes before rinsing out. Try not to use really hot water, as that will make your hair even more frizzy. Try a little burst of cool water while rinsing hair. When styling hair, wet or dry, use a leave in conditioner. There are a lot of great ones! Suave, Fruitis, and Dove all have fabulous products. Mix and match and find what works best for you!

OK check it out..for a quick fix baby oil maybe the size of a dime rubbed in your hands then put in hair but more at the ends is OK once in a while, but if your going to be exposed to sun light alot then no I am pretty sure that it will fry your hare just like it would your skin plus not only that your hair will get dirty way faster than normal.I have frizzy hair also and what I use is optimum oil therapy about the size of a dime and I use right on curl after that I put both on after I get out of the shower and my hair is still damp try it out good luck!By the way both you can find in the grocery store or wall mart!

Oh, gosh, I wouldn't do that if I were you. It'll just make it greasy and dirty looking. There are tons of anti-frizz products on the market, so you don't have to go there. John Frieda Frizz-Ease is a whole line of stuff to calm down frizzy hair. Start there. If you can afford the pricey stuff, go to a salon and ask what's good. Definitely use a conditioner everyday.

Baby oil is probably not the best solution. It will not damage the hair yet it will feel very greasy. I recommend using professional salon products with a pure silcone base without alcohol to control the frizz! Also try using a sulfate free shampoo with mositure and good conditioner that contains moisture and pure silcone. This will keep your hair frizz free.

If u use baby oil only use it on your hair near the ends. Try not to get it on your scalp. It will clog your pores and you will start having a oily forehead! You can also try sunsil for frizzy hair!

Well, I can tell you about my experience. Baby oil got really popular like five years ago... and it made my hair super thin and my friend's too..I know some of my friends actually got dandruff from it too... it's up to you if you want to try it though! There's special stuff for friziness like frizz-eaze and stuff that I've heard works pretty well!

It won't damage it, but it might make it too greasy. Try Biosilk hair serum. Its the best.
