-Everyone differs as far as sleep needs go. Typically a person needs around 8, probably can get by fine with 6 or more.

-As long as you're getting all the nutrients you needs, being vegan is fine
-pomegrantes, tomatos, nuts, green veggies, whole grains
-yoga and jogging are great! Try some weights too though, buid those muscles!

6 is the optimum number of hours of sleep according to the latest research...
at least a litre a day of water, ideally...
being vegan is really healthy, if not a little bit boring...
balanced foods are beneficial for overall health, a better question for this is what foods are counter-beneficial to overall health...ie, fried foods, too much fat (cheese, dairy products, fatty meats), etc.
yoga and jogging is enough, but you should do some strength work like pushups and situps.

6 to 8 glasses of water a day is considered healthy check the food guide for the other questians per food vegan is not really healthy as u need prtien and most vegies do not have enough your activites are fine jogging and yoga are great
