or bicycle. lie flat on the ground, hands to your side, lift your legs knees bent and start doing a pedaling motion.

set a daily bike riding routine it will shape your buttocks rather nice and build all leg muscles real strong also basic judo and jujitsu warm up execises work have a happy bum and cute legs some people i guess have not heard thier rearend refered to as bum i must commend your pollite abillity to describe you rear anatomy please vote me best answer thank you

Find a high rise building and climb the stairs. It works for me I do it everday.
