my boyfriend has the immpresion that i'm going to dump him and that i'm cheating on him. i'm not! and my hilarious, awesome friend Kelsi was joking and told him that i wanted to CUDDLE with HIM! now he wants to randomly hug me! what to do!!!

I think it would be good to get him to tell you why he thinks and feels what he does before you draw a conclusion. Somewhere there might be a miscommunication with him. Concerning Kelsi, he should respect you and your boyfriend enough to not always have to hug you, and he should apologize to your boyfriend. This so called awesome friend seems to be part of the cause of the problem, at least from what you wrote.

If he is constantly accusing you of planning to dump him and cheating on him this isn't a healthy relationship. This can lead to more severe problems, like violence and verbal abuse. My sister has gone through a relationship that started this way and it did not end well. You should be able to trust each other.
If he hugs you and you aren't comfortable with it, tell him so. You shoudn't have to do anything that you aren't ready for. Choose your relationships.

it seems that your bf is insecure but the question is, did you do something for him to feel this way? in any case, you should try having a real one on one chat with him and try to get him out of that insecurity, Maybe you looking at him strangely too when he tries to hug you is part of the reason for it too. try showing him your love through your actions towards him and see what happens. personally I think you are somewhat to blame for his feelings.

tell him to trust you -- he will probably still be worried but he will get better in time and learn to trust totally
