Yes Loratab is highly addictive. It is an opiate just like heroin. I have heard it referred to as"heroin in a pill form".and you know how addictive heroin can be. On that note I would limit to taking only when absolutely necessary. People will lie to doctors to get a script, they will forge scripts and will also buy them off the street.

Yes it's addictive. Pretty high on the scale too. 1 to 10 a 10.
Depending on the person and how their personality is, they may do anything to get it.

Lortab is an opioid analgesic...pain killer...hydrocodone. Treats moderate to severe pain. It is a highly controlled narcotic and very addictive. Withdrawal from a severe addiction compares easily to that of heroin...physically and mentally. The extent to get it?...well, it's survival to the user...what they "need", they will "get". Theft, multiple doctors for prescriptions, buying off the streets, prostituting...whatever...Thus, the classification CONTROLLED substance.

Yes. It is addictive. However some doctors seem to prescribe it for everything.

People go to clinics/emergency rooms all the time complaining of some lame duck pain in hopes of getting a lortab prescription.

I don't know what they do otherwise to obtain it.

Yes it is addictive. It's a narcotic (opioid) analgesic, in the same family as drugs like morphine.
