I have been lifting weights lately.

I have lost some inchs, but I eat like a fat person.
cakes, ice-cream, cookies, hot chocolate. So I was wondering,
is this because I have gained some muscle mass or what? I have been working out and stuff ( then I got involved in activities and havent been to the gym in a week). Im kinda worried, I dont want to get fat but, I eat!
So what should I do, I need to lose about 15 lbs.
Im in college and, mind you, we do have food here!

Whats a good plan to beat the extra buldge?
thanks!

Well, good news and bad news....

First, your fitness regime is working! Muscle absolutely metabolizes more efficiently, so you can eat more food and not gain weight as fast.

But then there's the bad news, which is that you still have to watch what you eat. You CAN have SOME fun junk food, but working out is not a license to just say, "Screw it, I can't help myself."

Don't focus on the actual weight (i.e. don't concentrate on 15 pounds) - focus on your FITNESS and NUTRITION, and it will all take care of itself. You can have an ice cream, even daily, but don't LIVE on it!

Sounds to me like you're doing great! Have fun, enjoy your new condition, but be REAL about the food.

First you need to find some will power. You can still eat your favs but there is a thing called moderation. Try to treat yourself to cake and cookies only if you have worked out that day not because you got an A on a paper. The basic work out if all you need hon, just walk more, or run longer, the weight will come off but the first week is the toughest so hang in there.

There is nothing wrong with you, there are many of us who suffer from this same problem. Me, being one of them. I have alot more weight to loose than 15 lbs. So, I just started the Weight Watchers program and I am giving it my all this time. I have found that it helps to have a group to go to who also have weight issues, and that is why I decided to try the Weight Watchers program, because each week they meet to give advice, or just listen, they have a great website also where I can talk to someone 24 hours a day/7 days a week for support if I need it. I am not in the business of selling this program, but you may want to check it out. We all know how to loose weight, eat right and exercise but for some of us, that is easier said than done. Your college may even be a place where the Weight Watchers meeting meet, mine is. Check out their website it is very informative www.weightwatchers.com. Good luck to you!

Something to curve the appetite and not skip meals and still lose weight ??? ... Is it possible ??? YES IT IS !!! ... I know several college students who are on this plan ... My name is Pastor James and I would like to offer you a miracle that has changed my life and my health in only 21 days (and still counting) ... In the last 21 days I have lost 18 pounds and 2" in my waist without dieting (you do not skip meals or eat special foods) and without exercising ... I want to offer you the same product that was introduced to me by a friend of mine ... It has changed my life and my health ... Again, this "IS NOT" a diet but it "IS AN ADDITION" to your life as you just simply add this to your current lifestyle ... I know it sounds to good to be true that's what I thought until today ... I did something today I haven't been able to do in years ... Tucked in my shirt without being embarrased ... This product does work and it is the truth (The truth is vital to me as I am a Pastor) ... I have lost 18 pounds and others in my church reported today to be down 16 pounds and 13 pounds and they started just a few days after I did ... So go to www.newlifestyletoday and change your life an your health ... Don't Diet but Live ... Pastor James - Tx

Stop the crave for eating. I know it's hard cuz it's like a drug but you gotta remind yourself what's important. Never stop exercising and take daily jogs.
