I was always overweight and tought I should exercise more. But instead I've been going on binge eating since a couple of month. Since then I've been losing weight and the weight loss is increasing at an alarming rate.
I now lose from 3 to 5 pounds a week doing NOTHING, just overeating.
This is definitely NOT normal and I'm worried about this. Also I bleed from my gut. An endoscopic test found nothing in the large intestine.
What's going on ??

you may have to get your thyroid checked because your metabolism sounds like it is changing rapidly. I had thyroiditis and it lasted a few months.. these were my symptoms
eating all the time
losing alot of weight ( I went from 125-109, people thought I was on drugs)
I was hyper and my heart would beat rapidly
I couldnt sleep
I was outgoing (more then usual)
So.. If any of this sounds familiar then you should go get checked there are plenty of other similar thyroid problems too. Talk to your Dr. he may send you to get a blood test and some pictures taken depending. Then again it may just be that you had a thyroid problem that has finally corrected itself... in anycase go get checked out some thyroid problems are serious. I hope this helps!

Unintentional weight loss can be serious and bleeding recally is again not good. The first thing that jumps out would be that cancer has to be ruled out, this cancer uses a lot of energy and can be a cause of unintentional weight loss. Hyperthyroid can also raise your metabolism and cause the weight loss but I would still be concerned about the bleeding. Third would be diabetes but in your case it sounds unlikely, as you would also be peeing your brains out and drinking to replace all the lost fluids. Go and get examined, this can be serious and I am not an alarmist by any means.

Check into having a test for Diabetes, but usually no bleeding problems here.
Tape worms also cause similar symptoms.
Regardless, stay on this, keep bothering your doctor. I agree with you, something is not right.

Go see a doctor right away. This is serious stuff, and to try to diagnose it over the Internet would be foolish.
