Last night I awoke to voices in unisent saying the sign of the cross and I found myself saying it and I found myself feeling great peace from it. Now I have been a recovering cathaholic from 30+ years. I have not liked the domination of the catholic church or christians saying that if I don't know that Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God, infallible as he was on earth 2000 years ago, that I go to eternal damnation which I do not believe in. I think One God is inseparable from that God's self and that we are all part of that One God! So anyway "In the name of the Father(those who have gone before us as we see them in heaven) and of the Son(those who have lived on earth guiding us properly here to be civil with one another) and of the Holy Spirit( the mixed heavenly spirit and earthly guidance that is like that heavenly spirit) Amen. And I kept repeating it and kept feeling healed more and more and I pray it for my daughter over and over and it brings me joy. Go figure?

That is part of the problem . WE have been using the word God for ever thing when we mean the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS.Which made the SOULS of ALL that was and shall be from its own body . GOD as the father made the Physical universe and all that's in it . and allowed the souls to enter and see what It had made. most entered the physical bodies and became so enraptured with the sensations that they forgot were they came from and that the soul could ever leave the body again.
But GOD as the CREATOR has not forgotten these facets of its self. and bids you to listen for and to the quite voice within. which is a facet of it self.

Ya know, I think you're on the right track. All you need to do is simplify it a little more. There is no difference between creation and creator. Religion and its endless and inane dogma separate us from god. Forget everything you were taught----that was all put together as a way to control you, the second oldest business you might say. God is real if you can get the junk out of the way.

I think it's your raw spirit communicating something to you. Without your mind being in charge for a time. While sleeping.

Only you will know why you're dreaming it. I am guessing it's because you're not a Cathaholic but your spirit is still close to God.

Perhaps with the realization that God has been slightly missing in your life, you should seek out a richer, more educational church to attend. Bible studies helped me tremendously, and gave me great insights and joy. Many blessings upon you and yours.

it means that you entered REM sleep and had a dream.

otherwise, you sound a lot like an unreasonable addict.
