sometimes salt and warm water gargles help with the inflammation...but you may want to go to the drugstore and pick up some orajel. then call your dentist

I would take some ibuprofen as it is an anti-inflammatory. I would also swish around some warm water, but not extreme cold or extreme hot. Either of these may irritate your gums more.

Call you dentist and have these teeth extracted. You don't need 'em!

YOU HAVE A CONDITION CALLED PERICORINITIS. IT'S BASICALLY TEETHING OF THE WISDOM TEETH. OVER THE COUNTER MEDS LIKE ORAJEL OR AMBESOL CAN HELP, AS WELL AS AVOIDING FOODS THAT ARE TOO HARD OR CHEWY. SEE YOUR DENTIST AS WISDOM TEETH DO NOT ALWAYS NEED EXTRACTION.

If you have Anbesol, try that. If not, take some aspirin or ibuprofin and ice your gums. Hope you feel better. :)
