Him, too. And you. And me.I was asked for money one day from a man who was homeless. I tithe. I have sympathy for those less fortunate. I believe in charity. This particular guy reeked of sweat and days old alcohol. I asked him why was he broke. And homeless. And dirty. He claimed to be down on his luck. I asked why he didn't work. He had no answer to that. I know that the Bible says if a man doesn't work, he shouldn't eat. So I refused to be the guy's next drunken spell. My point? Homeless people are often homeless of their own will and doing. Just as people who are without Jesus are often without Jesus of their own will and doing. The power of choice is a mighty thing.

Jesus died for everyone. Rich, poor, smart, ignorant. He paid for all sins. He died so each and every person would have the chance to be able to go to Heaven. He loves you and the homeless guy down the street. All that pain for people who doesn't even believe. That is Love!!

Yes Jesus really did die for you. He wants you to be with him in heaven. When you get a a bible, Read The gospel of John. Also, try reading Ephesians. any where you see the word you place your name in its place. Jesus died on the cross for YOU so that you may have YOUR sins forgiven and that you may live in the peace of knowing that you will not perish and have the blessing of everlasting life and blessings in your life today.

He really died for everyone who by faith will put their trust in Him.
Here is a part of Jesus' prayer before He went and laid down his life at Calvary.
"I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. John 17:20-23
Here is what the Apostle Paul whom Jesus appeared to after rising from the dead said about this subject.
"I thank him who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful, appointing me to his service, though formerly I was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent opponent. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life. 1 Timothy 1:12-16
So you have a choice to make. It's like if someone told you that a King had died and left you a lot of money but you had to go to the bank to get it. If you don't believe the person then the money just sits there and you get no benefit from it. But if by faith you go down to the bank and check it out you reap the reward. It's the same with the salvation offered to everyone through faith in Jesus. If you don't believe you don't get it.
