No, it literally means you have already seen it.

I'm of the opinion that when I have deja vu, it means I've already done that action in another universe or had a precognition. It seems ridiculous to think that we are the only time line that exists in the multiverse. Ricoculous even. But I digress. The point is, we're all greater travelers than we know, and some of us have started controlling it a bit better than others. If you're having deja vu, you've definitely started.... Whoa, I just said that again..... :P

I am one of those people that deja vu constantly.. and most of the time I feel as if I am reliving a moment in time.. this is going to sound so nutty.. but sometimes I think that I am reliving it because somehow it went wrong the first time.. other times I know I dream of things .. then months later it happens.. kind of like a vision.. I would assume that deja vu does mean you are on the right path.. from either reliving a moment in time.. or fullfilling your vision.

Actually it is a misfire of signals in your brain. Every one has two chambers in their brain: past and present. For example, if you walk into a room and you look around your brain sees this as present. On occasion if you walk into a room and feel a sense of deja vu this is a misfire of transmitters in your brain and it sees it as past when it really isn't. As far as being on the right path it all depends on your belief system. Hope I could help.

I fight deja vu. When I'm in a situation and it seems like I've experienced it before I start changing circumstances immediately. I always felt like it was a warning.

As explanation, assume you are on a garden path and you feel like you have been there before. Deja vu. But please don't do like so many dummies including news reporters who use the redundant phrase "Deja vu all over again". Ecccccchhhhhhhhhhh !!

I will tell you what I think deja-vu means, or is. I beleive a deja-vu is a memory of something not yet happened.

dejivue..means you experience a feeling of having done it before ..either by meeting a person..being somewhere..or something in you life that you feel you have experienced before .in a dream..or ..maybe another life...so...if you did not get on the right path the first time ..how can it be good repeating it
