As I understand the law, you can get an expungement for the deferred adjudication possibly, but not for the conviction and probation.

But, I recommend ou check wih a lawyer who is more familiar with this. I just read the Code of Criminal Procedures (link below) and think I understand what it says. You should read it and see if your interpretation agrees with mine.

i think you can get misdemeanors expunged pretty much anywhere.

i'm not sure the process, though... maybe a certain amount of time has to pass before you can request that your record be expunged...

maybe call a local law office and see if they can give you info?
