I believe it is the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. kind of tricky... Search google images for Washington National Cathedral and look at all the different views, including the ones that show the surrounding area...

I thought for sure it was going to be in Europe somewhere... but I really think it is the National Cathedral.

I like 90% sure that its the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Notice the windows on the spires, the little petruding one story buildings on the sides of the front part. It looks almost identical. Hope this helps.
