When I looked in my son's mouth. I noticed something weird. He had something in the back of his tongue in between his tonsils that looked like another tongue. I really don't know what it is or how to really explain it. Could this be normal?

If you are talking about that little hangy down thing in his throat, it is the Uvula and it is supposed to be there. If it looks swollen, your kid probably has a sore throat.
