My little problem?
haven't had a wet dream in a long time(3 months),i started sleeping nude, beleive it or not that helped. It seems i often end up "rowdy"(replacement 4 that other word) when i haven't talked to my girlfriend in a while. We've both been busy,i haven't talked to her in two days. And out of no where, last night i dream about her and there it happened. I always wake up after it happens. And it was on my covers,so i got up and got a towel wet and dry and cleaned off my sheet and turned them to the other end of the bed. What can i do to stop wet dreams? I thought is was a phase and it would never happen again,it started right back. HELP ME!!!!,IS i my hormones, what the heck is wrong? Do not say masturbate,i never have masturbated, and probably never will,i don't want to,it kind of seems weird to me.

=Oh yes, they happen, and oh yes, they annoy males to no end, and oh yes, they could not come at worst times! Erections occur when you get sexually excited; your penis will start to get bigger, and rise (it's often called "getting hard").

Erections can happen any place, any times, and any where, and most importantly, for any reason. Just because you see something sexual doesn't mean you're going to get an erection, and vice-versa; just because you have an erection doesn't mean you saw or thought of something sexually exciting.

A main problem in puberty are spontaneous erection; they happen for no apparent reason, and they ALWAYS, ALWAYS seem to happen at the worst time. No, it's not your body getting back at you for anything -- it's just puberty running it's course. Remember, you have to take the good with the bad, and since spontaneous erections don't last forever, they aren't even all that bad.

Hiding an erection can prove to be one of the toughest things to do, regardless of how big you are "down there." Some of the best ways to prevent them from showing are to wear tighter underwear, and to stay seated as much as possible. By wearing tighter underwear, you prevent the erection from stretching the underwear out. For example, with boxers, since they are loose, the erection will often push out the fabric. With briefs, since they're tighter fitting, they hold the erection back.

One of the most important things we can tell you about erections is to be careful! Try not to make sudden movements while you have an erection, because that would be not only a terrible injury to deal with, but also tough to explain.

Erections usually start early in puberty and can be some of the first signs that puberty is starting for you. Spontaneous erections usually start as you go further into puberty and your hormones kick into overdrive. You may have a period of a few months where it seems like the erections are constant, but don't worry -- they will go away with time!

Don't be discouraged that your erections are a little annoying and embarrasing, when you get older and have the opportunity to have sex, you'll appreciate them a whole lot. For now, remember the upside to bothersome erections: masturbation!

They happen especially when you don't masturbate. Theres really not much you can do about it. Before you really start to fall asleep think of differetn things. If it happens a lot i don't know what to say. Waking up in the middle of the night to wash sheets can be pretty annoying. Being just turned 15, i know how you fell, i haven't ever masturbated but probably will eventually when i start to feel comfortable.

Human bodies produce sexual energy; they just do and there isn't anything you can do to stop it. Especially at your age, your hormones are going wild. If you choose not to masturbate then that sexual energy is going to find another way to relieve itself, probably in the form of wet dreams. You can't stop them, since you're asleep when they happen. It's fine if you don't want to masturbate, but it's really not a weird thing. It's not dirty or wrong or whatever; it's just a way to get rid of your sexual energy, and it's a pleasant thing to do.

The answer is not for you to decide. If life has you near females that's where you are to be or not living near females. If you can become celibate like in a bad marriage you will develop lumps which will later go away. Later as the body begins to resorb the male eggs being made every hour you will become disturbed emotionally say like a zealot. The chemical pressures can produce new electrical patterns in your aura. Depression and psychosis can develop unless you can live in seclusion away from females. The monastic life was chosen by many in the past and it might just be what is in your stars so obey your life plans.

your either going to have to wait this phase of puberty out or your going to have to masturbate. I'm more than twice your age and had wet dreams up until I was 19. Don't sweat it. its part of life.

calm down. this is not unnatural. (p.s. neither is masturbation.) Do you have an older male relative that you can talk to about this? relax. find someone to talk to. this is not a big deal. (p.s. you are 14 and need to be careful talking about this kind of thing with strangers on the internet. I'm a mom, and would be worried sick if my son reached out to strangers about this.) Please talk to an adult you trust. (doesn't HAVE to be male, but that might make it more comfortable for you to have the conversation.)

It's totally normal, you're still going through puberty. It's just natures little way of handling things for you since you don't masterbate. Nothing to worry about.
