As a Christian I simply can not understand why another Christian would convert to the Islamic religion, In my opinion it's false prophesy taken 400 years after the fact. After the death of Christ religious prophesy was changed by a few who simply did not like it's present perspective so they created new ones, and thus began the false prophets and seers all wanting to get on the band waggon preaching and prophesying their own interpretations and perspectives right up to this day, and just look at the messed up religious world we live in today, and we are asked to respect all of this fraudulent prophesy I don't think so.

Regardless of the claims of your own book, the Quar'an makes different ones. And since the Muslims claim the Quar'an is the Word of God/Allah, you're obviously wrong.

Okay...a more serious answer. Obviously the people who convert to other religions feel that something they need is not in whatever religion they are being bought up in. There is no way to know ahead of time what those intangible things are...usually even the person doesn't know until they find whatever "it" is until they find it in the "rival" faith.

Just because your Bible says it's true, there's nothing that suggests that it really IS.

people who convert from Christianity to Islam are obviously unsound in their Christian faith and feel that there is not adequate proof that this is the true path. This being so, a verse from the Bible would not be a very convincing argument since the Bible is not a doctrine which they hold to be necessarily true.
Another reason would be that they may feel that Islam is more encompassing. Since Islam does respect Jesus Christ as a profit, just not the son of God, they may feel that Islam portrays events that they know to be true in a more accurate light.

It is a good sign for the new converts because finally they have found the truth to eternity. Should I say Islam is the only true religion on earth. There is one concreate reason for me to say so, i don't follow what other say, I find out the evidence myself by going through the two holy bibles. I don't know the reason why Christians still believe what they believe is true, they still insist Jesus is the son of God, they pray to God through Jesus and
consider him as the Savior. Though God had descended the final holy Quran stated very clearly that multiple faith is the greatest sin that God will never forgive and in verse 112: 1-4
AL IKHLAS and denying that God had a son , if it is so, all the prophets will be God's sons,(www.quranonline.net) God needs no middleman to pray to,how could a man be a Savior and yet he is the creation of God.When are Christians going to realize their mistakes and accept the truth? Christians still believe Jesus works miracles on his own whereas it was the divine powers of God descended through him. God only allow us to follow the sayings and actions of all prophets but not worshipping them.

Biblical scholars also convert to Islam as well. If people believe it is the truth, they will convert, just like you stay Christian becasue you believe it is the truth. People do what they think is best, that's what I'm doing, and I'm sure you're doing what you think best as well being Christian. You should be only striving to please God. He is who you will return and will judge you. People are only doing what they think is best.

May God bestow his peace on you and your loved ones.

The Qur'an has far fewer errors than the bible. (Unfortunately, one of them is quite serious.) But mostly I suspect that it is a matter of taste. There is no more reason to believe the quoted verse than to believe any other part of the bible.
