God is an eternal and loving force who exists as a person, and controls all existence through His word. His presence is always felt, for He encompasses all knowledge and creation. His guidance was seen through his inspiration of pre-Christ tribes and in the sending of His most holy beggoten Son. His love is directed to all for eternity, and He invites us to recieve him in communion through the Eucharist.

The central belief of Catholicism is that God sent His only Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, into the world to redeem mankind and to open the gates of heaven to us. All other Catholic beliefs support and add context to this central belief. It is only by virtue of the Catholic Church firmly and faithfully holding and teaching this belief for 2,000 years that non-Catholics have the privilege of knowing this central truth as well.
