Put all the evidence of anything that can get you into trouble under lock and key! Booby-trap your room so that when she comes in, she'll trip, fall and break her neck getting into your room!!
P.S. hide the key to your stuff where she won't find it
if these things don't work, talk to your parents about what's going on...

How old is she? Her age can tell a lot, if she is 10 or under it is normal, but in the teens she may need to get a life. Sounds like She may be just trying to get your attention, or attention from others in the family
I am a little sister and I use 2 do that 2 my Bros, but only if they did something bad to me and I was seeking revenge
Try to ignore her, and she may stop.
P.s.
Try not to leave personal things around

Plant some false evidence in her room, like cigarettes or things that you buy( girly things) and tell that she has been stealing.Take something of hers that she loves when noone is around and bury it somewhere. She will blame you but the evidence will not be in your possession.Dont get mad, get even.Ruin her in any way you can and show her that she cant win. You are older and wiser, or you are supposed to be. If you cant outwit her then maybe you have bigger problems than a punk *** ***** of a sister.

stop treating her like an unwanted sibling, stop thinking of her as a little brat, and treat her the way you want to be treated. give her the right to touch some of your things and ask her to share some of hers. most younger siblings feel left out and unwanted by older siblings, try talking to her as an equal, share funny stories, etc (nothing you want repeated of course until you build some trust) the old saying you catch more flies with honey than vinegar is true...if you treat her as a valued person she will soon stop trying to get your attention with negative methods. remember the children are supposed to unite against the parents LOL

Talk to your mom one on one without the little nose listening in. Tell her how you feel (everything). Unless you really do have something to hide, don't worry about it. As a compromise ask if you can have a lock put on your closet or dresser something like that so you can have some sort of privacy for your personals.

If she is so nosy, cut her nose off....hey, I am just joking.
Tell her to mind her business or you too can do the same thing by telling your mom, about her and her activities..Or You can just keep your room and things locked, so that she could not lay her hands on them...Being elder, you can advise her also not to poke her nose in your affair. Tell her if she continues this habit, it would put her in big trouble when she grows up..
