I would Imagine Adipex is the stronger of the two but is that what you really need..? The three greatest needs for the Body, are Good Food in portions/calories equal to what you'll burn off in a day, Lots of Water and Quality Sleep. If you have a lot of weight to loose I would try to eat 4 smaller meals a day equally spaced apart so you never get really hungry. Also this helps you keep your Body's Motor running so you'll burn fuel just as a car does. I like to take a a multi vitamin and a multi mineral just to make sure I'm getting everything I need. Now here's the part your going to hate, some kind of exercise is going to have to become a regular part of your life. You don't have to lift, run or swim a 100 laps a day but you need to do something.
OK now comes the good part I think you'll like, the rewards phase. This is IMHO the 2nd most important thing of any weight loss or lifestyle modification program is to not deny yourself everything. It's OK to stop at KFC or Taco Bell once a week just don't over do it. Find out how many Cal's are in the food and order accordingly.
Oh yeah if you do decide to take the Adipex just be careful you don't get lazy again and gain back any of your losses.
Good Luck

Just considering a surgeon prescribes anything, does not imply it's always secure and even well take. They receives a commission through what number of medicinal drugs they prescribe, so constantly be cautious of the following " 'script". I could unequivocally DENY any medicines. This is a rubbish prescription that's retaining a flawlessly lively character from looking for the proper method to burn energy and preserve them off. Gaining weight is average amongst quitters considering nicotine no longer best acts as a stimulant, however smoking frequently is a "hand addiction", retaining you preoccupied in distinct occasions, cuts your urge for food so you do not devour just about as a lot, so a brand new "meals to mouth addiction" is usually a common replacement. Keeping weight off is rather like any one else, do it the correct manner and embody the brand new subculture forward of you, simply as you will have mentioned good-bye to an dangerous and unattractive subculture of smoking. Do it correct, and spend money on your self, cross to the gymnasium, and rent a teacher to take you via the proper software to preserve weight off. This will stimulate you metabolically the proper manner via pastime and the correct nutrition. This isn't going to be a enterprise of best a few months or weeks. This is a LIFESTYLE. Too many cutting-edge adults are simple lazy and no longer encouraged to preserve their our bodies lively.

All of the pills are temporary crutches to get someone started. They become ineffective in short order and you need to function on basic real time food / activity management.
Consume NO MORE than you will burn in a day. Try to consume less and if you know you are not going to be active > scale back the carbs and fat appropriately. Learn to grill meats and veggies with fewer calories. When you do get your activity level up, increase your food intake, but still make it less than you will burn.
The only weight reduction people get from pills in the long run, is the weight reduction in their wallet.

Might I suggest you start eating better and gain your energy through your foods. Pills are not a good way to find energy. Before you know it you will be taking the Xenedrine to stay awake and sleeping pills to sleep. Don't get in the habit of controlling your body with pills.

If you eat a good healthy diet and give your body the nutrients it needs you will have energy. If your not eating good you should take a good natural multi vitamin. Checkout this site on healthy nutrition and there are some good books one called Eat to Live, is about how to loose a lot of weight fast.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
