My kiten is about 7 months old. We recently moved to another state and she is acting sick. Her nose is warm and her eyes watery. She is pooping very little. She is not active, sleeping all the time...she never used to do that.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with her? Will it pass or should I take her to the vet?

What's wrong with your kitten is that she's sick and she needs to see a doctor to figure out why. I can think of at least 30 things that 'might' be wrong with her, but a simple physical exam would narrow that list down considerably.

How can anyone here possibly know whether or not it will pass or not?

It sounds like she might have an allergy, but you don't give much info. Is she eating? If she is eating okay but pooping little that is a problem but if she isn't pooping because she isn't eating that is different. However it depends on how long this has been going on. Yes, you should probably take her to the vet. If you already have a vet just call and ask what they think but if not you pretty much need to take her in.
Could she have eaten something? Could she have a fur ball? Is she licking anything? Does she want to be alone or does she prefer to be next to you or held? Is this normal? Has her food changed? Obviously her water has, but this doesn't sound like that is the problem, that ususally produces diarrhea.

She probably wasn't as disturbed by the move as an older cat who had lived in one house for many years would be. So I think it sounds like she might not be entirely well and you should find a good vet and have her looked at.

I would take her to the Vet. ASAP. Such transitions can actually cause illnesses. Give your baby lots of love and attention also. I would rule out allergies. Don't bathe her. Trauma could possibly a huge part of her illnesses.

Animals get stressed out when their environment changes. It may take some time for her to get used to it. But then again it may just be a cold. Better take her to the vet to be safe.
