I think if you already have a boyfriend, there is no reason why you should be out there getting affection from another. I say just tell him at this point you want to just be friends- unless you really feel you can be straight with him and tell him what you did.
If you are out there kissing some other guy, you are being dishonest to the guy you are with now and that isnt fair. If you cant be with just one guy, be single.

If you know beyond a doubt that he will NEVER find out, it may be 'safer' to keep it to yourself.
But... if you are feeling guilty and that guilt will continue eating away at you, putting up a wall in your relationship, you probably ought to get your confession out of the way. Relationships should be based on honesty and trust, this will damage the trust, but he might appreciate your honesty and trust can be rebuilt over time. Or he may feel so betrayed that he cannot forgive you, and that is a consequence you're gonna have to deal with.
If there is any fair chance that he could find out from someone else, I would definitely tell him myself. It's bad enough to be cheated on, but to find out through the grapevine is even worse.

U did what I did I couldn't live with the guilt so I told him and I was afraid just like you and he dumped me. But now I'm single and thats the way life is. So if I were u I'd tell him. U will feel better when u tell him trust me. I did when I told him.

I suggest you keep it to yourself but you also need some closure stop dealing with the boy you made out with because he knows you have a boyfriend but he doesn't care because misery loves company.....

You absolutly have to tell him. Don't listen to anyone else, there is no other answer. If you are serios about this guy, and he to you, you have to be honest with him. If he is as serios as you think he is, he will be mad, but won't break up with you. Trust me on this :)
