the pronunciation. Indonesian pronounce how the words are written, but the Malaysian are not.
Malaysian have less slang words than Indonesian, and there r some different vocabularies that are exist originally.

Firstly you must know it the classic language for both are same : Bahasa Melayu ( Malay Language ) but becos the colonization, it became different. Indonesia Language got influence from dutch and malaysia language from british. They are mutually intelligible, but with differences in spelling, pronunciation and vocabulary.

P/s : Malaysia Language are spoken by Singaporean, Bruneian & Malaysian
Indonesia Language are spoken by Indonesian only but IL got the highest number of speaker than ML although three regions speaking by using ML.

easy.... one is from malaysia the other is from indonesia.
that and the charcter placement, one is placed more to the left... well short left, sorta in the middle next to the other letters.

As far as I am aware, nit much difference. they both speak Bahasa, but as I don't speak the language, I don't know of any differences.
