Just wondering. Trying to learn how to dance on my own by playing around with some different things, like watching videos and trying to copy them. If I do this long enough and I sweat and all that, will it work towards weight loss/building leg muscle..

Yes, dancing is a great way to get your daily exercise in. Anything that gets your heart rate pumping and muscles working will do. If you're working on losing weight, I would also suggest making sure you have a healthy diet as well - very important! Good luck, and have fun!!! =0)

It wont be a significant enough to lose weight unless your burning like 500 calories or so. You definately do burn off those calories though. So there probably will be some result, just not huge. Thats also if you eat healthy as well
