There is a book out called The Book of Magickal names. I happened to see it, but I haven't really looked at it so I don't know how good it is. However, I do keep a database of Pagan names on my website which is at http://www.sacredhearth.com
I don't try to keep it tidy or anything. I just made it for my own purposes and decided to put it out there in case someone else could make use of it. So there it is. It has a few hundred, I think.

There are numerous websites that list baby names that are pagan in origin. Try various names with ancient origin for unique and have unfamiliar meanings attached to them. Ancient Babylonian, Indian, or Native American typically sound unique and carry some special meaning. As for finding a name that is entirely pagan, I am not sure there is a certain way of accomplishing this.

Depends what kind of last name you have. If Irish a celtic last name would be best. If your last name is Germanic a good German name like Fritz would be good.
