I see really fit people have like a "v" under there abs and girls seem to love it, how can i devolope it?

the "v" shape is actually the oblique muscles and very , very, very low body fat - Spinal flexion (crunch type) and core work will develop them without making your waist thicker

Depending upon your current fitness level, cardio at lease 3 times a week for 30 minutes (like jumproping or running) and

A clean diet will help you strip the fat so that you are lean enough to see it all

You need to do a lot of ab workouts, covering all aspects of your abs including your obliques.

i am not sure how you can go about it..i think that maybe some guys muscle tone doesnt show them because not all fit guys have them but they are super sexy and it is a huge turn on!!yummy!

ok here is how to get them...they are called the oblique muscles..
rotation-twisting
lateral flexion-bending from side to side
cross body crunches
side bend crunches
hanging or lying leg/knee raises.

The best way is to do flutter kicks along with your other ab workout.
