i need some help on this now because tomarrow im goin to ask this girl out and i need to know what to say. i also asked her through the internet and she said ask me on monday in person. i need to know what to say and how to bring it up. thanks

Straight up answer here. Why do you think she wouldn't answer you over the internet? Lots of people do that sort of thing over the internet, so what makes her different? One of two things:

A. She either doesn't really want to go out with you (because if she was that excited she would have just said yes), or
