Dar, you are an idiot, its natural human instinct to seek greener pastures. The ones to blame are the aforementioned.

I think you about covered it, all though it does not stop with the Mexican government. I do agree with JD, but since the situation is what it is today, I also think the citizens need to get organized, get vocal, get truly educated when we decide which politicians we are going to vote for and let those politicians know we are not playing around, but taking this problem very seriously.

Yes, there are many issues, but the Mexican Government alone is not at fault. There are many immigrants from different Nations, if you don't believe me, take a trip down to Chinatown or Koreatown. They don't seem Mexican at all. Anyway, the problem lies with the borders and shorelines not being secured, specially after 9/11. The Government for not enforcing the immigration laws, allowing employers to hire illegals, and the Mexican Government as well as other Governments for being corrupt. It is a big mess, and it's gonna be hard to fix it.

There is no such thing as an invasion. Immigration is something that's happening all around the world because of globalization. Every country with large quantities of immigrants is complaining about it because they refuse to have their countries changed. Forget about your country being the same thing it was one hundred years ago, immigration is something way more common than ever before and it's here to stay.

It is our own fault for living in such a consumer driven, consumptive society. Gimme, Gimme, Gimme! Who's to blame other people for wanting some too? I think that the ones who should be asking this question are the Native Americans, not those of us whose ancestors came from other countries.

Corporate America is the driving force. They love cheep labor and they have the money to control our Congress. They are doing a very good job. The Congress votes to build a 700 mile fence and later they vote not to fund it. Sneaky aren't they.

Human jealousy for wanting what others have. Other countries for wanting the easy road instead of fixing their own damn country, and our laws for being so lax.

You are correct but you forgot to include illegal aliens themselves. They may be uneducated, but even they have enough brains to know that what they are doing is wrong.
