I don't think its so bad since you broke up a year ago. Probably worse for his brother because you don't have a relationship with him anymore and he does, but if he's over you and moved on it might not be a big deal.

no. but if ur x finds out he might not want his bro to date u or in this case kiss you. If you and ur x are good friends and u know that he wouldn't mind u making out with his bro then I guess thats fine. But it really depends on what kind of guy ur x is.

it is not anything to do with wrong but it is kinda weird as in like u date your ex-boyfriend's brother. Just think that what is your ex-boyfriend date your sister? (imagine if u have a sister)
