First I want to let you know that black is beautiful. If God felt that one color was beautiful then we would only have one race. Their are at least 36 different shades in the african american race. celebrate your uniqueness. The ambi fade cream is not for darker complexion it sometimes make you darker. Ambi is a good product. Do not combine the products they may interact with each other and have reaction that may make matters worse. The best thing to use on your face is palmers cocoa butter (fragrance free) if you are using it on your face. Get a mild cleanser and astringent if your pores are large. I am a dark skin and the only thing I try to do is even out my skin tone, when you have one even color then you look better any way. I use neutrogena pore refining cleanser, neutrogena pore refining toner which is an astringent, neutrogena healthy skin face lotion. I usually just use the palmers cocoa butter fragrance free on my face in stead of the face lotion. I'm not telling you that these products will work for you but they do for me. Instead of trying to lighten your skin try to even it out. Get you a skin care line with the cleaner, astringent, and moisturiser. When you began to use another product let your face take a break between use. The old product will still be in your skin and if you start using a new one it may interact, so wait a week or two to began using something new. I have the bible verse for you read Solomon chapter 1 verse 5 it says "I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem as the tents of Ke'dar as the curtains of Solomon. You Should read all of chapter one. Some bibles have I am dark, tan but mine have I am black. Hold your head up high. Work on getting your skin even tone (one solid color) the rest is history. Take care.

try using a light oil over your eyebrows to make them appears slightly darker, or u can use pencil to actually darken them. Next, always remember clear skin and bright eyes make any skin stand out so get your sleep eat well, work out and correct skin blemishes as needed. also if you have feminine side hair (side burns) make them stand out by trimming a defining line. also highlights in your hair and a little liner on your lips can give a stand out effect.
